Organic Urban Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks 100g | True Cinnamon, C5 Grade

About this item

• TRUE CEYLON CINNAMON, NOT CASSIA: Genuine Cinnamomum verum quills from Sri Lanka, the original true cinnamon. Thin, soft and many-layered, unlike the thick, hard cassia commonly sold as dalchini.
• C5 SPECIAL GRADE: A premium Ceylon quill grade valued for its fine, even roll, smooth appearance and delicate, naturally sweet aroma.
• NATURALLY LOW IN COUMARIN: True Ceylon cinnamon is naturally far lower in coumarin than the common cassia usually sold as dalchini, which is why many prefer it for everyday, generous use.
• VERSATILE WHOLE SPICE: Add a stick to tea, coffee, chai, warm milk, oats, curries, rice, garam masala or infused water, then lift it out before serving, or grind it fresh.
• 100% PURE, HONESTLY SOURCED: One ingredient only - whole Ceylon cinnamon sticks. No additives, no fillers, no colour. FSSAI licensed; packed by Musafah Enterprises.
